НОВІТНІ ПІДХОДИ У СФЕРІ УПРАВЛІННЯ СТАЛИМ РОЗВИТКОМ ВЕЛИКИХ МІСТ
Анотація
Статтю присвячено висвітленню новітніх підходів у сфері управління сталим розвитком великих міст. З’ясовано, що багато змін, які відбулися останніми роками у великих містах, пов’язані із забезпеченням високого рівня та якості життя, припиненням деградації природних екосистем, вимагають запровадження нової моделі економічного зростання, яка передбачає сталий розвиток міських районів, І від того, наскільки грамотно будуть організовані всі процеси у великих містах, залежатиме не тільки їх зовнішній вигляд і привабливість, а й рівень комфорту та тривалості життя.
Такі тенденції потребують побудови результативної системи стратегічного управління великими містами на засадах смарт-спеціалізації , імплементації в управлінські процеси принципів «зеленої економіки» з урахуванням тенденцій і факторів сьогодення.

MODERN APPROACHES IN ADMINISTRATION OF LARGE CITIES SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT
Summary
The article is devoted to the latest approaches in the field of sustainable development management of large cities. Many of the changes that have taken place in recent years in large cities, related to ensuring a high standard and quality of life, stopping the degradation of natural ecosystems, require the introduction of a new model of economic growth, which provides for the sustainable development of urban areas. Active urbanization and reduction of space with free space - have become a real challenge for modern man. Over time, this comes to every economically developed society. And not only their appearance and attractiveness, but also the level of living comfort and life expectancy will depend on how competently all the processes in big cities will be organized.
It is established that the management of sustainable development of large cities fully corresponds to the global pattern - their establishment as locomotives of national economic development, as well as intellectual and creative centers. In the context of the outlined guidelines and in order to ensure the sustainable development of large cities, local governments are faced with the task of developing directions for the formation of an effective management system for infrastructure development of large cities and a new model of management decision-making.
This approach is consistent with the recommendations of UN-Habitat and the provisions of domestic legislation, which provide for the introduction of the principles of sustainable development of territories by taking into account the main provisions of their development strategies.
The necessity of implementation in management processes of principles of "green economy" directed on preservation of scales of productive economic activity of big cities at the minimum use of power and other resources, minimization of influence on environment and intensification of attraction of investments in nature protection activity is argued.The importance of functioning and development of megacities is proved, one of the key tasks of their management is to ensure the sustainability of their development by building an effective system of strategic management on the basis of smart specialization, taking into account current trends and factors.
