ТЕОРЕТИЧНО-ПРАВОВИЙ АСПЕКТ ПРОЦЕСУ СТАЖУВАННЯ

Анотація

В статті здійснено аналіз наукової літератури та нормативно-правових актів, щодо визначення терміна «стажування». Спрямована увага на визначення сутності понять, які характеризують процеси, що пов’язані з практичним надбанням та розвитком професійних компетенцій в освітньому процесі.
Розглянуто семантичні аспекти значення термінів процесів отримання, відновлення та вдосконалення практичних навичок особами, що навчаються. З’ясовано особливості відображення у національному правовому полі заходів, що пов’язані зі здійсненням стажування та виявлено протиріччя і невідповідності. Акцентовано увагу на необхідності розмежування та впорядкування термінології щодо дій з набуття додаткових знань, умінь, навичок, досвіду та перевірки практичної готовності працівника до роботи на певній посаді. Доведено відмінність стажування від інших освітніх заходів. Визначено стажування окремим процесом у складі підвищення кваліфікації, перепідготовки, спеціалізації, тощо.
Зазначається про необхідність впровадження додаткових термінів, що визначають особливості процесів набуття, розвитку та вдосконалення професійних компетенцій. Запропоновано визначення терміна «випробування». Доведена необхідність офіційного розмежування понять «стажування» та «випробування», а також доцільність внесення змін в нормативно-правові акти, щодо коректного використання термінів які характеризують процес надбання, відновлення та вдосконалення практичних навичок.

THEORETICAL AND LEGAL ASPECT OF THE INTERNSHIP PROCESS

Summary

The article contains an analysis of scientific literature and regulatory legal acts that define the term "internship". Attention is focused on determining the essence of concepts that characterize processes related to the practical acquirement and development of professional competencies in the educational process. It has been found that the term "internship" in the national scientific literature is simultaneously used to characterize actions that vary in their functional content.
The semantic aspects of the meaning of the terms of the processes of acquisition, restoration and improvement of practical skills of learners are considered. The peculiarities of the reflection in the national legal field of activities which are related with implementation of internship were clarified, contradictions and inconsistencies were revealed. It has been established that in foreign scientific literature, unlike the domestic one, various aspects of the possession of practical skills (competencies) are semantically separated and defined by various synonymous terms. The attention emphasize on the differentiation and streamlining of terminology concerning with acquisition actions of additional knowledge, abilities, skills, experience and check workers practical readiness to work on a certain position. It has been proved that, the process of acquiring practical skills in its essence, cannot be identical to the process of restoring skills. At the same time, the improvement of skills is a component of large-scale processes of acquirement and restoration practical skills. Internship is a separate process in the composition of large educational events, such as: advanced training, retraining, specialization, etc.
It is noted that it is necessary to introduce additional terms that determine the peculiarities of acquirement processes, developing and improving professional competencies. It is proposed to define the term " probation " as a practical test by the employer of the readiness of a person who has received a document of the appropriate level of education and qualifications for the independent performance of professional duties in a certain position. It is proved the necessity of official distinguish between the concepts of "internship" and "probation", as well as amend legislation regarding the correct use of terms that characterize the process of acquirement, restoration and practical skills improvement.
