УДОСКОНАЛЕННЯ ДИСТАНЦІЙНОГО НАВЧАННЯ У ВИЩІЙ ОСВІТІ В УМОВАХ ПАНДЕМІЧНИХ ОБМЕЖЕНЬ
Анотація
У статті визначено основні тенденції дистанційного навчання у вищій освіті в Україні й світі в умовах пандемічних обмежень. Акцентовано на особливостях використання телекомунікаційних технологій, навчальних платформ та он-лайн курсів, що забезпечують інтерактивну взаємодію викладачів і студентів. З використанням методів анкетування виявлено переваги та недоліки дистанційного навчання з точки зору студентства України, що є важливим при формуванні студентоцентристської моделі вищої освіти. До переваг дистанційного навчання віднесено гнучкий графік навчання, можливість поєднання роботи і навчання, можливість опанування додаткових компетенцій, курсів, хобі та підвищення мотивації до самонавчання. Недоліками дистанційного навчання у період пандемії є: технічні проблеми, неможливість доступу до Інтернет, складність засвоєння матеріалу самостійно, низький рівень володіння викладачами і студентами інформаційними технологіями. Визначено, що додаткового захисту у період пандемії потребують науково-педагогічні працівники. Зокрема, необхідним є поліпшення технічних, економічних, організаційних та психологічних умов праці, забезпечення мотивації викладачів, надання їм матеріальних і нематеріальних стимулів до високоякісної професійної діяльності й професійного розвитку в умовах дистанційного навчання.

IMPROVING DISTANCE LEARNING IN THE CONTEXT OF PANDEMIC RESTRICTIONS IN HIGHER EDUCATION
Summary
The article identifies the key trends of distance learning in higher education in Ukraine and the world in the context of pandemic constraints. Emphasis is placed on the features of telecommunication technologies usage, educational platforms and online courses that provide interactive interaction between teachers and students.
Utilizing the questionnaire methods, advantages and disadvantages of distance learning from the perspective of Ukrainian students are emphasized, which is significant in the formation of a student-centric model of higher education.
The advantages of distance learning include a flexible learning schedule, the ability to combine work and education, the capacity to master additional competencies, courses, hobbies and increase motivation for self-study.
The disadvantages of distance learning during the pandemic are technical problems, inability to access the Internet, the difficulty of learning the material by oneself, insignificant level of knowledge by teachers and students regarding information technology. It was also discovered that during the quarantine restrictions, students acquired or developed several competencies such as the ability to manage time, to work with information resources, to self-control and to self-organize themselves. At the same time, most students have deteriorated communication skills and teamwork, which are key to professional activities in economics, management, and other specialties.
It is identified that additional security amid the pandemic is essential for scientific and pedagogical workers. Notably, it is necessary to improve the technical, economic, organizational, and psychological working conditions, motivate teachers, provide them with tangible and intangible incentives for high-quality professional activities and professional development in distance learning. Deducing that the basis for enhancing the quality of distance learning is to merge the potential of public authorities, higher education institutions, non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and student government to ensure an effective educational process and the acquisition by higher education program applicants of general and professional competencies in full.
