ПЕРСПЕКТИВНІ НАПРЯМИ РОЗВИТКУ СИСТЕМИ ЕКОНОМІЧНОЇ БЕЗПЕКИ В УКРАЇНІ

Анотація

У науковій статті висвітлюється сутність та еволюція терміну «економічна безпека». З’ясовано, що термін «економічна безпека» базується на основі детермінантів та принципів безпеки. Встановлено, що можливість економіки країни в цілому та її оокремих регіонів забезпечувати стабільний розвиток і надійний захист економічних інтересів громадян, господарюючих суб'єктів і держави вцілому. Економічна безпека країни може розглядатися з позиції забезпечення захисту життєво важливих інтересів усіх жителів країни, суспільства і держави в економічній сфері від внутрішніх і зовнішніх загроз. Автор зазначає, що економічна безпека – це динамічний елемент економіки, що адаптується до вимог свого часу. Таким чином, розглядаючи поняття економічної безпеки, слід виходити з визначення рівноваги економічної системи та її подальшого сталого розвитку. Разом з тим економічний розвиток може бути забезпечено різними факторами, носити екстенсивний або інтенсивний характер.

PROMISING DIRECTIONS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE ECONOMIC SECURITY SYSTEM IN UKRAINE

Summary

The scientific article highlights the essence and evolution of the term "economic security". The term "economic security" has been found to be based on determinants and security principles. It is established that the ability of the economy as a whole and its individual regions to ensure stable development and reliable protection of economic interests of citizens, businesses and the state as a whole. The economic security of the country can be considered from the standpoint of ensuring the protection of vital interests of all inhabitants of the country, society and the state in the economic sphere from internal and external threats. The author notes that economic security is a dynamic element of the economy that adapts to the requirements of its time. Thus, considering the concept of economic security, we should proceed from the definition of the balance of the economic system and its further sustainable development. However, economic development can be ensured by various factors, be extensive or intensive.
The author emphasizes that the quality of life has a decisive influence on security in the economic sphere. For example, social status, education, profession, income level - all this characterizes the quality of life. That is why it is necessary to fight poverty along with strengthening social protection. A high level of economic security provides a state of the economy and its institutions of management, in which it is able to withstand and successfully address any external and internal threats, to create conditions for sustainable development of its social institutions.
According to the author, the main direction of ensuring the economic security of Ukraine in the medium term is to ensure the territorial integrity of the state. The liberation and restoration of Donbass requires significant investment. However, the region's industry was still outdated, so it needed modernization in any case. Immediately after the deoccupation of the region, this process can be implemented by attracting money from financial donors and foreign investment.
The result of the study was the development of the author's model of neutralizing threats to economic security by making management decisions.
