МЕТОДИЧНІ АСПЕКТИ ОЦІНКИ ЕФЕКТИВНОСТІ МЕХAНIЗМIВ ДЕРЖAВНОГО УПРAВЛIННЯ IННОВAЦIЙНИМ РОЗВИТКОМ ОCВIТИ ТA НAУКИ В УКРAЇНI
Анотація
У статті обґрунтована необхідність удосконалення методики оцінки ефективності механізмів державного управління інноваційним розвитком освіти та науки в Україні. Визначені головні критерії оцінювання ефективності механізмів державного управління інноваційним розвитком освіти та науки у контексті адаптації системи освіти та науки до сучасних інтеграційних процесів. Здійснено інтегральну оцінку рівня ефективності механізмів державного управління інноваційним розвитком освіти та науки за регіонами України у розрізі відповідних складових. Обґрунтовано, що чим вищий показник інтегральної оцінки, тим ефективніше функціонують механізми державного управління розвитком освіти та науки, створюються умови для комерціалізації науково-дослідної роботи. За результатами оцінки запропоновано заходи у напрямку підвищення ефективності механізмів державного управління інноваційним розвитком освіти та науки для кожного регіону України.

METHODICAL ASPECTS OF EVALUATION OF THE EFFICIENCY OF MECHANISMS OF STATE PROMOTION BY INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF CURRENT INNOVATION IN UKRAINE
Summary
The article substantiates the necessity of improving the methodology for assessing the effectiveness of public administration mechanisms by the innovative development of education and science in Ukraine. The main criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of public administration mechanisms are the innovative development of education and science in the context of the adaptation of the system of education and science to modern integration processes. The integral estimation of the level of efficiency of mechanisms of state management by innovative development of education and science according to the regions of Ukraine in the context of the corresponding components is carried out. It is substantiated that the higher the integral estimation, the more effective the mechanisms of state management of education and science development, the conditions for the commercialization of research work are created. According to the results of the evaluation, measures are proposed to increase the efficiency of public administration mechanisms for innovation development of education and science for each region of Ukraine.
